Anyone know a good place for paint correction around ICAD?

I honestly don't know how it happened but my black Accord is absolutely covered in these fine swirl marks and light scratches that are driving me crazy every time the sun hits the hood. I think it might be from the car wash place I've been using, maybe their brushes are too harsh or they're not rinsing properly, because it just keeps getting worse and I'm scared to even wash it anymore. I work in the ICAD industrial area so I'm hoping there's somewhere nearby where I can get this sorted without having to take a day off and drive across the city. What I really need is affordable car paint polishing and scratch removal in ICAD that actually knows how to handle dark colored paint properly, because I've heard horror stories about places burning through clear coat or leaving holograms everywhere. The car looks great from 10 feet away but up close it's a mess, and I'm really particular about keeping it looking good since I plan on keeping it for a few more years. Has anyone found a decent detailer or body shop in that area that can bring the paint back to life without charging an arm and a leg?
