This logic also applies to energy: first reduce demand (sobriety), then cover what remains with renewable and sustainable solutions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2) Towards concrete energy autonomy<\/strong><br>In his thesis, Marc Zischka explicitly links autonomy and technical choices: the goal is to be \u2018practically energy independent\u2019 through a combination of passive solar, wood, solar thermal and photovoltaic energy.
